What you focus on you get more of. When you focus on negative things, you find more negative things…
When you focus on positive things, you find more positive things… I challenge you to start focusing more on the positive than the negative. You can start today. Take a moment to notice all the positive things that are happening right now in your environment and your life.

A part of controlling how you show up is having quality goals. To avoid spreading yourself too thin, commit yourself to only two to three categories at a time. For instance, you can focus on your fitness and your career. Or your career and your relationships… etc. The two categories you pick should be what you think will have the greatest impact on your life. You can change what you focus on every 30—60 days.
